Inspired by the growing crystals of selenite found deposited around Lake Aviemore, Moon Rock is a mysterious Pinot Gris from the Waitaki Valley - an ethereal place characterised by its cool climate, limestone soils and strange rock formations.
Growing conditions permit a long, late harvest, producing a wine with low acidity, a subtle hint of sweetness, rich texture and a long finish.
